We accept all major debit and credit cards (securely via WooPayments) and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time you place your order.

Yes. Payments are processed by trusted providers (WooPayments and PayPal) over a secure, encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card details.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, email [email protected] as soon as possible and we’ll cancel and refund it. Once dispatched, it falls under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Delivery is free on all orders over £35. Orders under £35 carry a small delivery charge shown at checkout.

Orders are dispatched quickly and delivered via Royal Mail, typically within 2–3 working days. Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are usually processed the same day.

We currently ship to mainland UK only.

Yes. Orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging.

If it’s been more than 7 working days since dispatch, email [email protected] with your order number and we’ll investigate with Royal Mail. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Information.

Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, opened e-liquids, nic salts and prefilled pods cannot be returned unless faulty. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Email [email protected] within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Once we receive and check your return, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Your bank or PayPal may take a few extra days to show it.

A kit includes the device (battery) plus pod(s) to get you started. Refill/replacement pods are the prefilled flavour pods you buy on their own to keep an existing device running. Always check pod compatibility with your specific device.

In line with UK law, our nicotine e-liquids and salts are available up to a maximum of 20mg/ml (2%). Strength options are shown on each product page.

Puff counts vary by device — for example, the IVG 2400 offers up to 2,400 puffs, while the NEXiO and PRO ranges reach around 10,000. Puff counts are approximate and depend on how you vape.

Yes. All nicotine products meet UK regulations (TRPR 2016): e-liquids in 10ml maximum bottles, up to 20mg/ml nicotine, and tanks/pods up to 2ml.

Each device works slightly differently check the instructions included with your kit. In general, you click the used pod out and click a new prefilled pod in. Our Vape Guide has more detail.
