Welcome to IVG Vapes. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website (ivgvapes.uk) and your purchase of products from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by ivgvapes.uk (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as IVG Vapes. You can contact us at [email protected].
Note: IVG is a registered trademark of its respective owner. We are an independent retailer of genuine IVG products and are not the manufacturer.
2. Age restriction (18+)
Our products contain nicotine and are for sale to adults aged 18 or over only. By using this site and placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 and are not purchasing on behalf of anyone under 18. It is a criminal offence to buy age-restricted products for a minor. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and may cancel any order where age cannot be reasonably assured. See our Age Verification Policy.
3. Products
- We sell genuine IVG vaping products, including devices, kits, prefilled pods, and e-liquids/nic salts.
- All nicotine products comply with UK regulations (TRPR 2016): e-liquids in bottles of 10ml maximum, nicotine strength up to 20mg/ml (2%), and tanks/pods up to 2ml.
- We make every effort to display products, flavours and colours accurately, but actual products and packaging may vary slightly from images shown.
- Products are intended as an alternative for existing adult smokers and vapers, not for non-smokers, non-nicotine users, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone sensitive to nicotine.
4. Pricing
- All prices are in £ GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- We try to ensure all prices are accurate, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing error on an item you’ve ordered, we’ll contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel; we’re not obliged to supply at an incorrect price.
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders already confirmed.
5. Orders & contract
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, when we send you a dispatch confirmation — not when you receive the order confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where the product is out of stock, there’s a pricing/description error, we suspect fraud, or age cannot be assured. If we cancel a paid order, we’ll refund you in full.
6. Payment
- We accept payment by card (processed via WooPayments) and PayPal.
- Full payment is taken at the time of order. All card details are handled securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
7. Delivery
- We ship to mainland UK only, via Royal Mail, typically within 2–3 working days of dispatch.
- Delivery is free on orders over £35; a delivery charge applies below that. Full details are in our Shipping & Delivery Information.
- Delivery timescales are estimates, not guarantees.
8. Cancellation, returns & refunds
You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days, subject to hygiene exclusions on opened e-liquids and prefilled pods. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 9. Your account
If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. Provide accurate, current information when ordering.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to attempt to gain unauthorised access, to introduce malicious code, or to misuse the site in any way that could damage it or impair other users’ access.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, layout, graphics and our own product descriptions — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Brand names, logos and trademarks (including IVG) remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
12. Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that can’t be excluded under UK law (including your statutory consumer rights).
- Subject to the above, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
- You are responsible for using vaping products safely and in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and our Nicotine Warning & Safety Statement.
13. Health disclaimer
Information on this site is provided for general purposes and is not medical advice. Vaping products contain nicotine, which is addictive. If you have any health concerns, consult a doctor before use.
14. Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
